Return and Refund Policy
At TheWrapico.com, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In any case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our business that includes gadget skins and wraps, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (i.e., wrong size, design, or product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist with the return or exchange process, we may require the following:
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will offer you an exchange or issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will also cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges in these cases.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the steps outlined in section 2. Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you the replacement product at no additional cost.
Refund: If you qualify for a refund (for damaged, defective, or incorrect products), we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow between 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for the following
Items that have been used or installed.
Items that were received more than 7 days ago.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free. In the event of a return for a damaged or incorrect product, TheWrapico.com will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@thewrapico.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
Order number,
Name and email address used for the order
A description of the issue with the product and photos of damage or issue with the product.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for sending the item back.
